Well Hello There,

So even though no one on xanga loves me, I guess I'll list this post-Quartz retrospective and see if anybody cares.

Robin and those stars. . .

How about that power outage and storm during the orchestra concert? Yeah, I turned 17 and evaded death all on the same day.

Choir performance at the ampitheater. . .could have been worse, but don't want to repeat it.

Anna Bookout. . . the coolest incoming freshman ever!!

Hey Claire: what time is it? IT'S PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME!!!!!!

Emily Gober: sweetheart with amazing soprano voice.

Rachel Redhair. . . amazingly talented. . . hope that thing works out

Acting Lady's demonstration was awesome!

Aerialists were so breathtakingly cool.

Food still fluctuating between decent and disgusting.

Being in Mountain View again. Evaded those buses for the third year in a row!

Colin. . . the coolest non-emo kid there is.

Staying up til God-knows talking.

Nukose. . . manranch. . . the farting noise.

Chris Taylor. . .awesomest kid I know. . . he's like me when I was that age.

Sydney doing Bob Dylan at the Talent Show. . .amazing as always.

Apples to Apples. . . good times.

Cookies and brownies from Mamala. . . popular as always.

The Life and Times of Joe Jefferson Benjamin Blow. . . best twelve minute musical ever. Beats a lot of the two-hour ones I know.

Everything ONSTAGE Weekend was just phenomenal.

Jillian Bumpass. . . most talented person I know. Ask her to do her Mr. Garrison.

Garageband on Jake's laptop.

Jake Kelsey, who called every day the week before with questions.

MR. DIXON WAS BACK!!!!! Sectionals was so amazing this year.

How 'bout Mrs. Sollenberger? She was so random.

Dr. Apfelstadt. . . I thought she was really funny.

MOOF!

I can top-rock, up-rock, six-step, Scooby-doo, how 'bout you, ho?

After three years I finally mastered ballroom, with help Kelsey Rogers, aka best dancer ever.

All the choir guys in mountain view. . . Kirk, Anderson, Alex, Nukose, Brian, Andrew, Jacob, Chris, everyone; YOU ALL WERE SO COOL!!!!

Me doing 7 minutes of Hey Jude on karaoke. . . gah, talk about stamina!

Michael Jones. . .

Hippity-dippity . . .

The bird that flew into mountain view, and Geoff speaking bird to get it out.

Keaton Hasty. . . he did take all of our jabs at his red-stateness really well. . . plus he recommended this really good place in Altus to eat at.

Ali MacMahon. . . just an all-around cool person.

Does your bicycle have a seat?

Tara Dillard. . . she is so beautiful.

Jessica. . . awesome modern dance girl. . .

Meray and Will. . . liaisons from heaven.

Jennifer, as always, sweetest person ever.

Dr. J.  . . .  amazing.

2nd week music. . . amazing.

Anderson's random wakeup call recording on his cell phone.

Andy Monroe. . . nicest and most talented person, coolies. . .

Kristen Jackson. . . need I say more?

That dance was off the hook with my uber awesome date, Anna.

Shelters Dogs, Born into Brothels. . . great documentaries.

Karaoke in general was just lots of fun.

And everything else there is about Quartz. You all are awesome, and I had the most fun ever. Kudos to you!!

So as I posted this I knew I was forgetting to mention someone. I knew it, but my time was limited, so I didn't do anything about it. But it seems I should because I really did think about it afterwards.

Autumn Henslee-- how cool is this girl? Three years for viola and now she makes choir and she's in the octet first week? Ku-freakin'-dos!!! I love this girl. She is such a sweetheart and so talented. Good job!!

Much love.

P.S.- READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!! It's like the best book ever. You have got to read it. Anthony Rapp in like one of the coolest people ever. Trust me and read this.

All-State's tomorrow. I can't wait. However, I know it's going to be different because I'm not in Mixed Chorus. I probably will be next year. That's why I chose the Quartet this time. I mean, I understand why the seniors wouldn't choose it: it's their last year, and they want to do the Mixed Chorus. However, I'm not in the same boat. I'm a junior, and besides, I'll never get this chance again. I know it's a lot of downtime, I'm only doing one new song(we're singing Rock-a-bye there as well), and I'm not anywhere near the Mixed Chours people. But I think this will be interseting. And I still get to go to the Mixed Concert.

And besides, I heard the music for All-State this year is  SUPER EASY(not like the audition songs weren't).

So basically what I'm saying is that I can't wait for tomorrow, and I hope to see everyone. Maybe we can all do something instead of that stupid college fair! Gah!!! If ever there was more of a waste of my time, that was it!!

Fun stuff!

Much love for tomorrow.

Hey Everyone,

So Jazz Choir was AMAZING!!!!!! It was so much fun. And the best part was because there were a bunch of other BA kids there. It was just a lot of fun. So here's the retrospect(in no particular order):

WTF!?!?!?! A walk-in Sonic?

Our. . .first BUM!!!

Munchkins. . .where?

We've got some light sleepers in this other room, so keep it down-- F-U!!!

The kids below us banging on their ceiling.

Mike getting his head stuck in the window.

Dave Barduhn looks like Tevye. The whole time I wondered why, and then I saw the program where it says he's going to be Tevye in a Fiddler production.

So how many heart attacks does that make? About a BAKER'S DOZEN!

Look Greco! A Trolley! "Clang Clang Clang went the trolley. . ."

Weak sauce!

Jon Bon Jovi?!?!?! In our hotel?!?!?! Greco, Mike, Michael, and Laura somehow got to his suite. After trying to take the towel under the door, they stole the "Do Not Disturb" sign, and Greco put a note under the door.

Chilenos, Golden Palace(formerly Golden Hut). . . can Doonkeen ever steer us wrong food-wise?

Pulling a "Laura."

Is there another Olive Garden?

Brittney Coughill: the sophomore about as obssessed with Family Guy as the rest of us.

How about that piano player? Can somebody say STONED?!?!

How 'bout that rythmn section; can somebody say AWESOME!!!!

How 'bout that Jazz Choir. . . I think it's safe to say it's amazing as well!

See you all this week at OMEA! Fun stuff!!

Much love.

EDIT:// WTF?!?!?! No wait, I'm even more flabbergasted(fun word) than that! WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?!?!

So now that there's this Jazz Choir blog, I now have seen Michael Heidorn's xanga. It seems that for almost a week before All-State they were planning on doing something to me. Even Alli knew! I say it again: WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?! Of course then they didn't do anything, so what was the point of that? Oh well.

Hey There!

I finally got my music for Jazz Ensemble. All-State Jazz Choir is next week. Then it's MLK Day, and then Jazz Ensemble! And to top that off, I've got musical auditions PLUS Quartz audidtions! If I have a voice for February, it will interesting.

I finally got the stuff I ordered from Borders!!!! I finally got Promises, Promises(after two years of searching), Opposite You, the Marin Mazzie/Jason Danieley duet album, and CANDIDE at the Lincoln Center with Kristin and Patti Lupone!! I am so happy.

Well, that's it. Can't wait to see some of you all very soon!

Much love.
